Review content:
Our washing machine quit agitating and all the online directories with quick diagnostics said that it would need to be taken to a service center to be fixed. I didn't want to haul it up my basement stairs, so I called Keevan and they sent a repairman right out.
The man was in my home for 5 minutes and brought up a part that fits on the drive shaft and connects to the agitator. The threads had worn out on the plastic part.
He told me that he could order the part and I could pay the expensive per hour labor fee or he could tell me the part name and fix it myself.
I chose the latter and two hours later had fixed the part for less than $10.00.
Thanks to the honest repairman, they've got a customer for life!
