Review content:
I love live comedy; however I don't like places with drink minimums. At capitol city there is a two drink minimum for each person at the table. Honestly, if they had reasonably priced drinks then I would okay with it. There beer is the only safe was to go as their mixed drinks are even more expensive and horrible. Aside from the drinks, the comedy can be hit or miss. It all depends on if you get a good person in town or not. They have two rooms. The room up front is usually for a weekday performance, and the room in the back is much much bigger for a well known entertainer. From my 2 visits, I would only come back for a bigger name to justify having to buy two beers (~$10 for 2) The place is clean and friendly so you should try it out if you are bored on a weekday.
