Purchased from Hom when they first opened in Eau Claire...at that time great service in store and in my home for repairs I needed...Now I purchased a sofa about 3 months ago for around $1000 and it is falling apart!!! Broken when they delivered it to me! Found out that they don't even look at it locally anymore before they deliver it...called for repair and was told " Our service person in your area quit and the other one was laid off. We can't help you until we hire someone." That was 65 days ago...better off to purchase from someone local that supports local jobs..apparently the jobs that used to be here are now in the Twin Cities..glad we can support Minnesota..will never buy here again
