This place is one of my favorites and has been for more years than I like to count! Not only does it have fantastic deals on re-sale items....stock left overs and such but it has the best selection of scrubs anywhere and in loads of colors too!
Now, this might not be a selling point for many of you, but for me, well, let me just say there isn't anything as comfy as scrubs to wear around the house and since the U has gotten stinky about "acquiring" scrubs from the hospital....well, this is the next best thing!
This is also a great place for those Bohemian clothing lovers out there.....there isn't a time I have been in here in the past few years that I haven't seen some cool gauzy skirts or other ethnic clothing that was begging to be bought AND worn!
you see, the best part about a college town is "anything goes"!!! And this is the place to find it!
Next time you are in downtown Iowa City keep an eye pealed on Washington Street....you will see a little stairway leading DOWN.....that's the only entrance to RAGSTOCK and the beginning of a great relationship! Happy Shopping!
