Guvens has great selection and Isa is amazing!! He's wonderful to work with and is more than happy to help you when you need it. His son on the other hand is nothing like him. We called and spoke to Isa about bringing a diamond for a custom setting and he was very eager to help. Unfortunately when we arrived he was busy and we got his son instead. He was very short and condescending in tone and he really made us feel like we were wasting his time. He was eager to be done with us and we had only been talking for about 2 minutes. I was really disappointed, but we ended up going to Jared instead and they were very friendly and helpful and we left with a beautiful ring. If you go to Guvens, make sure you talk to Isa. I don't think his son is doing very well with continuing the family business.
