In my opinion there are only few nations in the world who are good at pastries and that list shall include Central European countries such as Poland. Every year, somewhere in August, I start rubbing my hands contemplating about my birthday cake to be ordered at Oak Mill. Last year I had chocolate layered cake with cocoa filling. Previous one, I had cocoa cream layered cake.
They never skip on good ingredients in order to look for cheaper and trendier options. In general I detest cupcakes. I think they are bastardized versions of beautiful, big, voluptuous creations called cake. I'm glad that this store at least adheres to the strict European tradition of excellent pastry.
