Roto-Rooter Plumbers - 9/14/10. From start to finish - dealing with Roto-Rooter is a customers dream come true! Setting up an appointment was simple, the person on the phone was helpful and courteous. They called me in advance just as they said they would. The service man arrived as expected, did a great job and recommended a product that would prevent the problem from re-curring. Customer Service as it should be!
