If you own a Dodge still under warranty, it's worth the drive up to Jupiter to get your car serviced. They usually can see you within the week and if they told you your car will be ready that day, it will be.
They also provide a shuttle service, but if you have to rely on it, make sure you have the time to spare. My mom had to use it once and because she had to be driven to West Palm, she was the last to get dropped off--two hours late.
