You can book online and save save money. Then for around one hundred dollars you can sign up for the sunrise trek or for one that lets you sleep a little later.
They provide the bike, the helmet, and the gear. You really need to bring good sunglasses, sunscreen, and a camera that can withstand being banged around.
This tour really is not for small kids or for those who are afraid of heights or speed.
