Unlike most places where you can only find packaged costumes, at The Garmend District you can find great buys from any decade. Plus they have new clothing, accessories & shoes for any time of the year. A definite place to check out for wacky fashions. This place reminds me a lot of some of the shops I love and miss in my old hometown,
