I called ahead to check and see if they had fresno and habanero chile peppers. Customer service was prompt in transferring me to produce, where a really nice guy said he would check to make sure they had good ones for me. Luckily, they had just what I needed, and when I was picking out peppers, the guy in produce unpacking pineapples remembered me and asked if I was the girl who called. He was very nice, pointing out that habanero peppers were very spicy, which I knew, but it was a thoughtful warning. This store is really clean and the employees are helpful and friendly. I only wish they had more samples around the store, but it was a weekday afternoon, so perhaps on weekends they have more? The Naperville and Evanston stores seem to have more samples. Pros: Helpful employees, Fresh produce Cons: Not enough samples
