Review content:
I stayed at the Grand for two night and thought for sure after reading the reviews that I was going to regret the choice. I moved to the Grand after staying two nights in Gatlinburg. Come on people it have traveled all over the country and this property is buy far the worse that I have seen. It isn't the Crowne Plaza but it isn't the price either. It is an older property and could use some maintenance but what hotel couldn't in any busy tourist area. I paid like $80 a night and it was well worth that for location alone. It was just like 5 minutes from Dollywood and I could walk to all kinds of attractions. The lady at the front desk, a blonde lady, was very nice and helped me arrange to get a rental car. I thought the breakfast buffet was very good and being from Vegas I know my buffets. I am not sure what all the people are complaining about??? In my experience you get what you pay for and in this case I am very satisfied. Happy Travels
