I had my ears pierced and gauged at Exotica. The staff does observe strict standards with heigene and really know what they're doing with ANY kind of piercing.
They also have several artisans who can craft any piece of stainless or gold jewelry for piercing. The fit and finish of their in house jewelry is extremely good.
I can recommend one of their tattoo artists strongly because of the work he's done on friends. Nico's tattoo's are really perfect. His work always pops and just oozes style. I recommend that you have him do anything that you want done.
The environment is adult only--as mentioned by Faith. They have, however cleaned it up a lot, and even slapped a fresh coat of paint on it.
