I've heard that Santa Barbara Locksmiths was a good, local business to get keys cut. I recently moved into a room in a beautiful Victorian house in downtown Santa Barbara. The door knob for my bedroom was quite an old one. My roommate's room key worked on mine so I had to make a copy of his. However, since it was an old door knob it required a special key. The key looked like it could open Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory (the old one, not the new one with Johnny Depp). My roommate suggested that I go to Santa Barbara Locksmiths to get the copy because that's where got his. I had to get it on a Friday because I had to leave town for the weekend and my roommate wanted his key back. Since they close at 5, I asked my boss if I could extend my lunch break to do it. I went there at around 1 pm and I see this sign, "We are closed early for Fiesta". I was pissed!!! They didn't have the sign up the day before!!! Screw them!!!
