Review content:
I like to eat at 1 99 Restaurant because everything cost only $1.99 per plate. Their plate will fill you up. My favorite plate is the half chicken with rice, it so good. The price on that plate has gone up to $2.75. The good feature about 1 99 Restaurant is you can call ahead and tell them what you want. Then later drop by and pick it up to go. It has save me times.
