I've been there a few times to Bang! before I turned 21. It still got lame pretty fast. The crowd were like Sunset strip rejects--acting like they were somebody when they were all nobody. (At least on Sunset most of the people are good looking, not at the Ruby!) I went once after I turned 21 after I left Par Avion across the street super bored. Even drunk it wasn't that fun. Even though the club is huge, there's still not much room for people who really know how to dance.
Pros: big club, easy to get in
Cons: crowded smoking patio, not worth cover, not-fine crowd
