Once upon a time, their hair was of GREAT quality. For the last year or so, their hair has gone downhill. I have given them several chances (thinking that I may have gotten ONE bad batch), but after buying the perm straight, french refined, kinky wave and european wave, and they ALL matted, swelled and tangled, I have come to the realization that they are now putting synthetic hair in with the 50% italian mink. I REFUSE to pay $105/pack for hair that looks a hot mess after 2 weeks, when the same grade of hair used to last 7-10 months.
