This is one location that I will definately not be returning too. There are two different occasions when we had horrible experiences. Of course both of them were to celebrate birthdays. The first one was in Febuary to take my Dad out for his birthday. The service was slow, food not cooked properly, and other misc. things to make for an unpleasant experience. Thinking it was just a fluke we returned for my moms birthday in June. This one topped it off. We get seated and started off with the complimentary yummy bread and of course ice water. Well, apparently someone decided to put ice cold water into a very hot glass. The waitress walked away and a few seconds later my glass splits right in half spilling water all over. It also went all over my lap. Nothing like ice cold water right in your lap. They moved us over a table which ended up being in a different servers area but we said it was fine to keep the same waitress. (Big mistake). We get started with our soups and salads. My husband and fathers soup was lukewarm. My mom asked for a side of dressing which was NEVER brought out at all. The waitress had no problem serving the table next to us though. It wasn't that busy. Then it took awhile to get our food. There were some issues with that as well. It took FOREVER to get anything to drink... and they were supposed to give a coupon for a free appetizer or dessert on the next visit for the birthday deal. The waitress never brought that out either. The things that went wrong just wouldn't stop. I ended up speaking with a manager and getting $20 off and the birthday deal. I was beyond ticked off. I should have followed up with a complaint to the store manager and/or owner but didn't bother. I know I will not be returning to this Outback location.
