Businiess name:  Us Post Office
Review by:  Steve S.
Review content:
I went to the Waukesha Post Office to get a passport for a trip that my daughter is taking. I stood in line just like everyone else and was told that they only have 2 people processing passports so it may take a bit. The line was moving slowly and i was ok with that, but then a blonde haired woman who i believe was the branch manager came out and cut the line two people in front of me and rudely said the rest of us would have to come back another day. When i asked why we couldn't get in she said they wouldn't have time to get to us and that although it says they close at 12:00 they stop doing passports at 11:15. It was 10:30 so i decided to wait it out and see if i could get processed. The line started moving quicker which made me believe that we could get it done and another employee of the Post Office walked through and said they would get us processed. At 11:20 the manager again walked through and with just the one person in front of me and my daughter said we had to leave, and that we were told they weren't processing us. I was very angry and explained that we were told we would get in by a much freindlier and more professional employee of the Post Office. The manager stormed away and i assume wrongfully reamed the much better employee than herself. The two processors called us in and processed our passports and i thanked them and let them know it was greatly appreciaited. As for the manager... i wouldn't trust her to sort mail! Although i dealt with wonderful processors, the manager or post master is rude and unprofessional. I'ver had other issues just trying to buy stamps at this branch... save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
