Review content:
This is the worst dentist I've ever been to. They are big time scammers. I've been calling them at least once a week every week for the past 6 months to discuss a reimbursement claim from my insurance which they submitted and every time I call they tell me that the person in charge is either out or busy with something else. I left numerous voice mails to none of which they replied. Now, they do not even send my diagnostic tests to my new
dentist without me going to their office to sign a release form.
Especially if you're thinking about going there for TMJ, do NOT ever go as they will first conduct some tests on you that cost about $800 and then try to make you buy night guards that cost about $6000. Do not ever pay them anything without getting pre-authorization from your medical insurance even if they tell you that most of their customers get reimbursed for what they paid them. That's basically what happened to me. I paid $765 and never got any
treatment or any customer service.
