This store looks like it was hit by a bomb.
During my last visit there were items and shampoo spills on the floor. Items were on the wrong shelves so things were not the price you expected them to be. It was a major headache. Many shelves were empty (i thought they had people to stock shelves. Extremely Long lines at the checkout. Of the 16 check out lanes most lane lights were out. only 4 were actually opened.
The target in El Cerrito is a disaster area avoid at all cost
