I heard about this place through a friend whose been going for years. I went for my first time last month & had an excellent experience. I didn't have an appointment and they took me right away. I loved the set up when I walked in. Everything was decorated in good taste. Unlike most salons, they actually have a room to do your eyebrows. I felt comfortable and I had privacy. It was a cute setup with an actual spa table. The lady who did my eyebrows did exactly what I asked her. I've never had my eyebrows look soooo good. I plan to keep going back. The people were so friendly and easy to talk to. Urban Image is in Schertz Tx, on FM 78. It's not hard to find at all.
Pros: Decorated pretty, clean, and cozy. Walk ins welcome.
Cons: The building is hidden
