After my grandfather passes away, my cousins and I decided to purchase a baby rose bouquet to put in his casket. We ordered it and when we went to pick it up we noticed they totally screwed up our order. Instead of baby roses they used regular sized roses. This made it impossible to fit in the hands of the stuffed animal that was going to also go into the casket. When we told the person at the florist this they told us that we should be happy that we were getting the regular sized roses and weren't getting charged extra! Any business that is so insensitive when dealing with a death will never get my business again.
