If you want a Pottery Barn (or Restoration Hardware, or Crate and Barrel…) couch on an Ikea budget, this is a great way to go. Jim Nichols is the owner of the business, which offers custom couches and chairs at a fraction of the prices the retailers charge. Take in a photo of the couch you want, choose your fabric, the cushion content, and firmness, and in a few weeks, you will have your brand new couch without going broke. Don’t let his “storefront” throw you off -- he conducts his business out of a self-storage space in Sierra Madre which allows him to offer great prices on furniture. On top of it all, Jim is really friendly and a pleasure to do business with.
