She has cut and styled for many years and does a good job. She is friendly, easy going, and will communicate with you about what you want done with your hair. I have yet to feel hurried or pressured so that she can take the max customers.
Looks has a good policy of shampooing you both before and after your haircut so that you will not be covered in hair for the rest of the day. They have lots of magazines up front so that if you have to wait, you can spend your time buried in one of them.
