Review content:
Although I was a bit taken aback by the price of the arrangement that I had ordered, I was very pleased with the quality of the flowers and the way it was put together. It also arrived very quickly and the recipient was ooohing and aaaahing for hours.
I cannot complain at all about the customer service though. I think they'd be just as nice if you're buying one flower as they are when you're buying a piece or assembly. They were friendly and helpful and carried all sorts of extra "goodies" to add to the mix. Even designer chocolates!
I was impressed. Whenever I want to make someone's day and need to impress that person in a big way - I will break out the big bucks and shop here!
