While Anderson Tax Service can certainly do the basics, this is not a place I would ever use again. After having my tax returns done here, I questioned them about deductions that I believed I was entitled to that they had not recorded. I was told that the return was completed and that I was given everything available to me. Due to the fact that I trusted these professionals to work their best on my behalf and was crunched for time, I took them at their work. However, the next year I did switch to a different CPA. After having this new CPA plus a couple of other accountants review the work done by Anderson Tax Service, each subsequent professional found countless mistakes and justified deductions that Anderson failed to note. Thankfully, I was able to have the years of returns prepared by Anderson to be amended by a fabulous CPA and get the return fixed as appropriate. I would never use Anderson again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. I found them to be unfriendly, demeaning, and slow in their work, while also allowing things to fall through the cracks at a tremendous personal financial impact to my family.
