Review content:
I got a gift card to this spa and booked a mani/pedi, facial, and massage. They confirmed the appointment and asked that I arrive 15 minutes before the appointment time. I complied with their request, only to have the receptionist snap "We're not open yet". The massage was not good, the nail technician kept leaving to be sick (not really her fault), and after waiting an hour in the dark after my "spa lunch", I found they had not booked my facial. They invited me back for another pedicure, and the manicure and facial I didn't get the first time. No real complaints the second time, except for getting the full court press on how I needed to buy a couple hundred dollars of product and come back every six weeks.
