Review content:
Gem is mostly known for the large decals and painted signs on their work vans; they are NOT known for their quality work. They tend to take their sweet time getting to appointments, and beware the sales pitch for 'camera-ing the line for only three hundred dollars' to see what the problem is. Also, their written guarantee is about as useful as a Used and Discarded Kleenex. Save your money and call the guys at Roto Rooter - Gem is about as close to quality as a weiner purchased at flea market. Yuck.
