i've been getting my hair cut at the south street location for the last 5-6 years. I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff or my cut. Very friendly and talented. The receptionist needs to get particular mention here. She is very effective and efficient. She deals with the volume of customers quite deftly, she's like an expediter in a busy restaurant. I witnessed on one occasion where she was dealing with a particularly quirky customer who had trouble speaking/understanding english. She took the time to help him understand what he was getting himself into. The staff are what makes this place so great and keeps me coming back!!!
