Review content:
I have used River City Tattoo for my last two tattoo's and they are the best.
First of all, the whole staff is highly skilled and know exactly what they are doing. Each tatooist are great artist and River City specializes in custom and freehand work.
Typically tatoo artist are cocky and not very polite, but it is the exact opposite here. The facility is located in the heart of Old Sacramento, and their office is very neat and clean with ample space and a great layout.
The artist also do a superb job in making the customer feel comfortable because it is not easy for everyone to jump in the chair and have someone start ripping into their skin, but these artist try to make it as easy for the customer as possible.
The prices vary either by the hour or by job and they are very competitive and reasonable, but if something is going to be on you permenant then you do not want to worry too much about price. Just don't forget to tip your tatooist.
