Review content:
I used A-1 Auto Glass Repair on one occassion and I can say that you get the good with the bad when dealing with this service provider.
A positive was that they were very fast, in both to get around to fixing my wind shield and also once they were working they were quick. They also took care of all of the paperwork and worked with my insurance company to get all of that taken care of, so this was very pleasing to me.
Some negatives, were that the technician was not very professional or polite, he was in some dingy clothing and just did not look very clean.
Another thing I was dissappointed about was that they did not clean up or at least vacum up the little pieces of glass that had fallen inside my vehicle. I am not sure what their policy is on this but I would expect that they should have cleaned up a bit since they have all of the equipment and safety wear to do so.
Overall, I would probably seek the service of another company for my future windshield needs.
