My husband and I have been bringing our cars to Ek Autom for over 15 years. I absolutely love them. Normally I'm the one who drops off and picks up our cars, so I know the people there really well. As a woman, I feel comfortable going to Ek. They are very, very, friendly and treat me with respect. Resently, when my minivan was in for service I took the train down town. coming home I missed the train and there was no way of getting back to pick up my van before they closed. I called them to tell them I wasn't going to get there are time. They told me they would stay open for me until I got there. They waited almost an hour for me. That's what I call customer service?
