I spent a lot of time waiting for them before xrays, after xrays, and in the exam/cleaning room. I arrived at 5:05 and left after 7pm.
After the shortest examination I've ever had, pre-teeth cleaning, I was told I had periodontitis and had to have a deep, scraping cleaning under the gum - at the base of the tooth and on the roots.
All total I was now look at a $1000 - $2000 bill, instead of the $40 xray/exam/cleaning special. I was told they could no longer give me a general cleaning. I had to pay $40 even though I did not receive the full special.
Another dentist has since said I'm fine.
I do not recommend this place at all. If you do go, be strong and don't let them take you for a ride!
Pros: very nice, clean office, and new technology
Cons: waiting time and a "special" that was too good to be true
