Review content:
Brenden theater in downtown is a nice place to go most of the time. The snack bar is usually pretty quick, but can look pretty dirty behind the counter during rush periods. Theaters are top notch for Modesto area, and if something does go wrong, management takes care of the problem promptly.
The area outside the the theater can get rowdy on a Friday night so I wouldn't recommend families to go here on Friday night. Most of the time though, it is a wonderful place to go to. Many fine eating places are located within walking distance.
