Businiess name:  Sotto Voce Inc

Review content:
Sotto Voce is a tiny storefront just outside of the Public Market on Pike Place in Seattle. All they sell is oil and vinegar, so they're sure to have the best product possible. My favorite part of the store is the goblets full of their oils and vinegars and small bits of bread with toothpicks for sampling. Each bottle has ideas for what that oil or vinegar best complements, and a recipe guide is included with a purchase. Additionally, they give you a spout for the containers so it's one less thing to have to have to purchase on your own. The bottles are packaged beautifully - each is hand packaged so no two labels will be identical. Each bottle is topped with a cork and a little embellishment on top of that - but the real reason for buying it, of course, is the product inside. The oils are smooth and rich, extremely aromatic and flavorful, with the ingredients the oil is infused with still in the bottle. My favorite vinegar is the spicy, tangy Aceto Balsamico (Balsamic vinegar) with whole garlic cloves, whole red chilis, and red pepper, and my favorite oil is the Olio Dorato - lemon, sun dried tomatoes and peppercorns that make for a great flavor to add to seafood dishes.
