I came as a new patient for a cleaning. I waited for 45 mins before being seen without being given a reason for the wait. Once in the chair, the appointment took another 45 minutes (mostly sitting and waiting). They looked at my teeth and did xrays. Dr. C informed me that I needed over $1000 of dental work. I was very anxious about the procedures and he wasn't very helpful in answering my questions. Then he said I would have to make another appointment for the teeth cleaning because they were "behind"! I spent a total of 1 1/2 hours in the office and the only thing done were xrays. The entire atmosphere was unprofessional: 2 different music stations were on at the same time, the office staff were more focused on socializing than helping clients, and the people at the front desk were rude. I should have walked out when I first got there after I witnessed the parent of a child getting rude treatment from the front desk!
