With such offerings as a wide selection of manga, comics, anime DVDs and collectibles, and models all packed into a tiny store, it's a nerd's dream come true. They offer the best selection of newly released manga and older releases--and they sell them at a discount of their listed prices (not a huge discount, but any discount is good on this semi-pricey hobby). Best about this store is their cheap anime DVD rentals. Bar none, they have the best selection of anime DVDs for rent (assuming you don't have a subscription with those online outfits) and it's only about $2 per rental. If you want to purchase anime DVDs, better prices can be had elsewhere--but why buy when you can rent? The people who work there are as the name implies, collector maniacs themselves, so they are very knowledgable about their offerings--and very willing to help you.
