Review content:
If you are looking for a good fitness club or gym without the crowds and fashion shows that take place the large chains such as 24 Hour Fitness then this is the place for you. The membership dues are low, the facility has all of the latest state of the art equipment, with co ed and a womens only workout area. Special classes and training sessions are also provided such as kickboxing, yoga, cycling. There is an olympic size outdoor heated swimming pool along with three jacuzzi's in the facility, and seperate sauna's and steam rooms in the male and female locker rooms. There is an indoor basketball court and several raquetball courts. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I can assure satisfaction.
