Review content:
Management at San Rae Gardens is the most unprofessional group of leasing agents I've ever had the misfortune of working with. I've lived at a few apartment complexes and never had such disrespect from management. First, when we moved in, there were SEVEN things that needed to be fixed (including a cracked window and missing door!), and several other big maintenance issues along the way (not enough room here to describe). PLUS, our apartment was burglarized on Christmas Eve because THE LOCKS WEREN'T CHANGED AFTER PREVIOUS TENANTS LEFT. And, to top it all off, when we had an appointment with a leasing agent to "discuss" renewing the lease, she FORGOT the appointment. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
