My name is Michael Brown and I have lived at Mara Bella apartments in Irving for over a year. The office staff seems polite yet ineffective. For over six months, I have been requesting that an outgoing mailbox be installed. I have contacted the office staff via email as well as in person at least 7 times. This request has been completely ignored (they didn't even respond to say we don't have the money etc.). I called the corporate office to find out why no one has contacted me to let me know what it going on. She said she would check and call me back. Guess what? She never called back. So, instead of me getting upset, I'm just going to inform potential residents about the caliber of service here at Mara Bella apartments in Irving, Tx.
