This place is a joke, not only because they lost several articles of clothing (i took laundry there twice and both times they lost things), but because they neglected to provide any sort of reasonable customer service when I asked them about the missing clothes. And I gave them every opportunity to rectify the situation on the phone and in person. The manager kept saying there was nothing he could do, he's not responsible, and he would have to ask the "big boss" - which is really just an incompetent, convenient excuse when dealing with a customer. To summarize: BAD service, LOST clothes, really FRUSTRATING customer experience, and manager who isn't allowed to make a decision for himself. pretty sad, but fortunately there are 4 other places within a few block radius.
