I am a previous tenant of Clark Properties. I moved out a little over a year ago when I moved out of Raleigh for a job transfer. I am considering moving back to Raleigh and the first thing I searched for was Clark Properties contact information because I would love to rent from them again. In searching the internet I came across these reviews and I decided I needed to speak up and tell my experience with Clark Properties. They were the best company I have ever rented from. Everyone was so nice and helpful. When I moved out some of my security deposit was kept for some damage caused by my dog. But I knew the damage was my dogs fault and it was my responsibility to take care of the cost for the repair. I was a good tenant who took care of the house that I rented. And I therefore received the refund of my security deposit that I was due (minus the amount to fix the dog damage). I think that the few who have written negative reviews about Clark Properties are most likely those who are not willing to take responsibility for their actions. I would recommend Clark Properties to anyone interested in renting a home in Raleigh.
