I highly recommend Clark Properties of Raleigh, N.C., to any property owners needing help renting their property and to any prospective tenants looking to find a home to rent. Nicole and her staff are friendly, professional, and act with integrity. I have been leasing my rental property through Clark Properties since 2001. Five of those years I was living more than two hours away, and it was comforting knowing that Nicole and her staff were looking after my rental property and making sure my tenants were having their needs met quickly and responsibly. For example, in 2009, the family renting my house came home one day to find that a pipe under the kitchen sink had burst, and was beginning to flood the kitchen floor and adjacent rooms. The tenant wisely turned off the water temporarily at the street, and notified Clark Properties. Nicole and her folks took quick actions on my behalf to remedy the situation for the tenant. That important attention to detail by Nicole and her team and their timely follow up ensured that the tenants were well taken care of. I have complete confidence in the team of professionals at Clark Properties. They are the best!
