I went to the office,.. there was nobody there I could even speak to about getting some simple repair on my boat,.. I left my information and detailed copies of what I wanted done... They don't even have to good enough business ethics to return your calls. (If I did business this way,.. I would be out of business) Robert L Ph.D.
