I bought my very first car here, at Saturn of Richmond, and while I don't have extensive experience in purchasing automobiles, I have to say that all the horrors I've heard about car dealerships are unfounded when it comes to Saturn. I walked on the lot just to browse -- I had no intention of buying at the moment, no money for a down payment, no positive credit history, nothing. But the salesman went out of his way to make me feel comfortable, letting me look over the cars, asking me what I wanted, not arguing when I told him I wanted something cheap. I had a car in mind, one I saw on the Saturn website, and of course, the one I test drove was the exact one I wanted. Imagine my surprise when I drove it home that same day!
I've also had my car serviced at Saturn, which was a pleasant experience as well. They wax and wash the car after changing the oil ... I could get spoiled with such treatment!
