Typical Honda dealer. Hard sell. Negotiations take forever. I spent a weekday morning there trying to buy a car. We went round and round, with at least 4 rounds of "Let me check with my manager." (this is obvious BS. It means, "Let me go make personal calls while I let you stew for a while.") Finally, we were close. I was OK with the price but didn't want to pay $300 for their stupid dealer-installed alarm. I said, "No way. I'm not paying for that alarm. Take it off the car and I'll buy it." They spent 15 minutes pleading with me and marvelling that I was going to play with fire by not having an alarm (they're useless). I said forget it and left. As I pulled my keys out of my pocket, the sales guy literally came running out waving his hands in the air shouting, "Come back inside! We can make a deal!" I went inside, and they wouldn't take it off, and I left again. Honda dealers are such jerks. Use Edmunds.com or some other site to get Internet pricing. Going through the internet/fleet departments circumvents these jerks.
