Be aware, they do bogus repairs Recently, I took my car to this place (Mike Calvert Toyota) for routine oil change. They told me that they spotted some oil leakage underneath my transmission. They encouraged me to conduct a repair to stop the leakage, which I eventually agreed. The total cost for this repair was over $500. However, a few weeks after the repair, I noticed that there were some fresh oil leakage marks on the ground of my garage. Then I took my car back. They inspected my car and said that the new leakage came from a different place and that they'd charge me for another $1,020 to fix it. I then asked them what the previous repair job was for and they could not clearly explain it. I insisted on talking to their manager but he refused to speak to me. I am currently seeking legal advice as well as contacting attorney general's office for possible investigation for fraud. My advice is that, if possible, avoid these guys by any cost. They are really vicious.
