When the Treatment Coordinator named Charlotte worked there, wow, was she nice! She always helped us to understand things and explained the financial side and we really liked her. Dr. Joe was also very nice and he too explained things to us as we went along. Then Stephanie came along and she is no more than a BIG FAT LIAR! All she wants is money! Don't even sit down with Dr. Mai, the owner, She is the worst dentist I have ever seen. Rough and mean as a devil! Too bad Charlotte left and if you are a patient there, you should leave too! This place is nolonger honest! This is a big rip off center now! All they want is your money!!!!
