Take warning. I have had difficult dealings with the proprietor of Another Time & Place. I purchased a kilim rug from him at his on-the-road booth in Alpine. When I got the rug home misjudgment of size and color became evident. I requested a return or exchange.
The owner refused and cited several versions of his return policy over the course of our deliberations that has lasted many months. The owner has become hardened and harsh as the return issue of the rug has become protracted. I phoned the Plano location and spoke with a clerk. I informed the clerk of my intention to return the rug and to be sure to pass the message onto the owner. He assured me that my message would get passed onto the owner and that I should try calling the owner again. When I returned the rug to the Plano store the rug was refused!
It appears the owner never intended to help make the situation right by offering a refund or an exchange. Be cognizant if making a purchase at Another Time & Place. Obtain terms of sale and their return policy in writing before the sale! Help keep this merchant honest. There are many other merchants who are more amiable and thoughtful. Take your business elsewhere. I would never purchase anything else from this merchant. I feel the merchant has really taken advantage of me. A simple request to return merchandise has become a nightmare and extremely uncomfortable. Your purchase may not be worth the trouble.
